Since officially opening in March of this year, sales at Rancho Sahuarita’s newest neighborhood, Entrada Del Rio, have been very strong. Pent up market demand for new homes in the community, combined with high quality and diverse new home options from the current builders, has resulted in a solid sales pace thus far, and many families have moved or are soon moving into the area after purchasing their new home.
The two active builders in the neighborhood are Richmond American Homes, which is also currently selling in another neighborhood, Entrada La Villita, and Lennar. Together, the two builders account for 124 new home lots in the neighborhood, all of which
are located on the south side of Avenida Mitla, west of Rancho Sahuarita Boulevard.
Since the neighborhood’s Grand Opening in March, the two builders have reported strong sales figures, and currently only have a few months’ worth of supply remaining at their current pace. Broken into 5 phases in total with various lot sizes planned, Entrada Del Rio will include over 500 new homes at completion.
Lennar began pre-selling its homes in late January, and brought a brand-new set of floorplans to the market. The homes in Entrada Del Rio are the builder’s debut in Rancho Sahuarita. Lennar’s new home offerings feature a highly versatile plan grouping, with square footages ranging from 1668 up to 2897 square feet. Lennar’s homes in Entrada Del Rio also feature one of the company’s Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home® plans.
Richmond American Homes is also featuring new floorplans in Entrada Del Rio, with options offering 3 to 6 bedrooms plans, (with 1,810 up to 2,630 square feet), and the chance to own a home from their Seasons™ Collection. And while home sites for Richmond American at Entrada Del Rio are selling quickly, buyers can also find many other great new home options at their other neighborhood of Entrada La Villita right down the street.
Rancho Sahuarita is currently in escrow with two additional builders for the remaining phases, and plans to make announcements as to who those additional builders will be for Entrada Del Rio in the coming months.
