Their homes in Entrada Del Rio currently offer 3 to 6 bedrooms plan options, ranging from 1,810 to 2,630 square feet. This collection has already proved extremely popular in Entrada Del Rio, with only a limited number of lots remaining available in the current phase.
Meritage Homes plans to offer buyers five different floorplans to choose from, with square footages ranging from 1912 to 2920 square feet. The collection of floorplans includes both single story and two-story homes, and the plans offer 4 to 5 bedroom layouts. The homes in Entrada Del Rio are the builder’s first in the community since their last neighborhood of Encanto Del Lago, which they built back in 2004 and 2005.
