Club Rancho Sahuarita offers approximately 40 free fitness classes with varying skill levels each week. Some of the classes available to residents include Low Impact Cardio, Water Aerobics, Yoga/Meditation and Line Dancing classes, which are great for a low impact workout; while others like Body Burn, Cardio Kickboxing, Circuit Shred and Core and More provide a more intense workout for residents looking for something to challenge themselves a little more and to push their limits.
One new addition to the class line up at Club Rancho Sahuarita this season has been PiYo, which is a blend of Pilates and Yoga and is designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and tone muscles. Using only their body weight, residents can do a series of high-intensity moves without putting unnecessary stress on the body.
