Rancho Sahuarita’s newest neighborhood, Entrada La Villita, will open in February; featuring homes by award-winning builder, Richmond American homes.

The neighborhood will include 71 new home sites, featuring homes available in 4 different two-story floor plans.

Interested families are invited to attend the Grand Opening of Entrada La Villita, on Saturday, February 24th from 11 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (located at 64 E. Placita Fara, off of La Villita Road). Attendees will enjoy tours of the builder’s two newest models; the Layla and the Lawson, free food and refreshments, a chance to enter a raffle and family-friendly entertainment.

Rancho Sahuarita is also welcoming those families to come “Rediscover Rancho Sahuarita”. From 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. that day, families can stop by Rancho Sahuarita’s Marketing Booth at Club Rancho Sahuarita. There, they can learn more about all the exciting developments in Rancho Sahuarita, get a tour, and obtain a special punch card. The card will encourage families to visit those new home models at Entrada La Villita, tour the homes and learn more about the opportunities for buying a new home in this neighborhood. Families who then return their completed card back to the Marketing Booth at Club Rancho Sahuarita will be entered for a chance to win great prizes.
