This past Saturday, December 9th, Santa took a little break from the North Pole and visited Rancho Sahuarita!
Rancho Sahuarita, Rural Metro, and Southwest Ambulance treated around 350 children and their families to the 3rd Annual Breakfast with Santa. This special morning has become an annual tradition and a way for local families to create holiday memories. The Marine Corps welcomed everyone at the door and helped with the collection of the many toys donated to the Toys for Tots program. After everyone enjoyed their bacon and pancakes, the children had fun making cotton ball snowmen and reindeer crafts.
Children anxiously awaited their turn to sit in Santa’s lap and tell him their Christmas wishes! The anticipation was almost too much for some, and the excitement and magic of Christmas could easily be seen on all their little faces!
Thank you to all those who attended, all who made the event possible, and to the residents of your generous support of Toys for Tots!
