On Wednesday, February 15th, members of the Rancho Sahuarita Company were joined by key leaders for a special ceremony to celebrate the start of new construction in the community. Over 40 people were present for the event, which included members of the construction companies, Town of Sahuarita Planning and Zoning officials and area dignitaries.
The ceremony marked the start of a new era for Rancho Sahuarita, as this will be the first major new construction in the community for nearly 6 years. Several major new construction projects are kicking off in the early months of 2017 as part of this effort, all of which will allow for the opening of the next two neighborhoods: Entrada del Rio and Entrada la Villita.
