Although the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve across the country and world, many families are still in the position of wanting or needing to move into a new home. Moreover, with interest rates at near-record lows, the security of homeownership and the possibility of a lower monthly payment may make a family’s dream of homeownership a reality, more now than ever before. With these facts in mind, the builders in Rancho Sahuarita are doing their part to ensure the safety of their teams and customers through the home sales process, and want buyers to feel safe in continuing their search for a new home.

The builders at Entrada Del Rio and Entrada La Villita have put various safety precautions in place as part of their sales office routines, so homebuyers can feel confident and safe when visiting for tours. Each builder is offering visits and tours primarily by appointment only (though individual hours of operation vary), with routine cleaning between each appointment. They also have hand sanitizer available as well as other best practices including social distancing measures in place. More details about the policies each builder has put in place can be found at their websites.

Interested buyers can learn more about the new homes from Richmond American Homes, Meritage Homes and Lennar here. For some, this is a great time to buy. Others may want to wait. Regardless, when the time is right for you and your family, rest assured that the team at Rancho Sahuarita and the teams of our builder partners will be ready to safely and securely welcome you home.
