Meritage Homes will open its models next month in Entrada Del Rio, after strong presales in the Rancho Sahuarita community. Meritage Homes offers five different floorplans, ranging from 1912 to 2920 square feet.
Floorplans include four and five bedroom homes in both single and two-story layouts. The open concept floorplans feature expansive kitchens, with covered porches, first floor dens and more. Meritage Homes feature ENERGY STAR certified appliances, advanced thermostats, Fresh Air Management Systems and other energy-efficient appliances and technologies.
The homes in Entrada Del Rio are the builder’s first in the community since Encanto Del Lago, built in 2004 and 2005. Entrada Del Rio will be comprised of over 500 new homes, with ease of access in and out of the community, close proximity to local schools, the Parque Del Rio neighborhood amenities and the Rancho Sahuarita Marketplace.
