Larkins Family – Residents Since 2001

Chris and Cindy are one of Rancho Sahuarita’s founding families. During their search for a home, community culture and proximity was what first brought them to Rancho Sahuarita in December of 2001. Twenty years ago, the couple envisioned great potential for the community; now, “there’s so many amenities, no drawbacks, and close proximity”, they shared.

The couple have two children: their son Cullen and daughter Fiona. Reminiscing at the past two-decades, the Larkins family has continuously enjoyed all of the activities, trails, and sense of community Rancho Sahuarita has had to offer. The family has attended dozens of events, such as the Rodeo Round-Up and Princess Tea Party. They said that their favorite, however, has been the bi-weekly Coffee Socials, where they are able to meet, visit and connect with other families that reside in the community.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the family would walk the parks and trails throughout the community for fresh air and family bonding. In their free time, the couple also enjoy barbequing and baking for their family and friends. The Larkins have made many fond memories throughout the years and are excited for all that’s to come in Rancho Sahuarita.
