One of the first families in the community, Joshua and Misty Grant grew up in Sahuarita; both attended Sahuarita High School and graduated together in 1996. The couple loved the hometown feeling of Rancho Sahuarita and chose their forever home in September of 2001. Over the past two decades, the couple have raised their three children here; their daughter, Rhiley, and two sons, Benjamin and Wesley.
Currently, Joshua works for Frito-Lay and administers its product distribution district-wide; and Misty is an elementary teacher at Wrightson Ridge, one of the community’s K-8 schools. Joshua and Misty have always had shared values on family and community, and they believe that living in Rancho Sahuarita has allowed them to create a better life being so close and connected to their loved ones.
The Grant family lives a very active lifestyle and is involved in many different activities, such as dancing, soccer tournaments and go-kart racing. Over the years, the Grant family has attended many community events, with their favorite being the 4th of July celebration A close second is the outdoor family Movies Under the Stars.
As one of Rancho Sahuarita’s founding families, Joshua and Misty are happy to have been able to grow their family in the same community they grew up, making countless fond memories and family moments along the way.
