Rancho Sahuarita’s newest neighborhood, Entrada La Coraza, will officially open for new home sales this month; featuring homes by long-time community homebuilder, Richmond American Homes, and a new builder to the community, Centex. 144 new home lots in total, the new neighborhood is located south of Sahuarita Rd., on both sides of Rancho Sahuarita Blvd. south of Wrightson Ridge K8 school and future commercial development in the Sahuarita Town Center.

Richmond American Homes, which began presales for Entrada La Coraza in the fall of 2021, is located directly south of Wrightson Ridge K-8 school, bringing a new set of one and two-story floorplans to 80 homesites.
