Homes in Entrada Del Pueblo, the next part of Rancho Sahuarita’s newest phases of growth and development in the master planned community, will be made available to homebuyers beginning later this fall. Offering a variety of new homes from five different community builders, the new neighborhood is comprised of over 500 residential lots at full development.
Located south of Sahuarita Rd. on both sides of Rancho Sahuarita Blvd., Entrada Del Pueblo is situated south of Entrada La Coraza, which opened for new home sales in April of 2022. Homes from Lennar and Centex, along with Meritage and Richmond American Homes will be the first available. The first homes are slated to be ready for presale to buyers beginning in the fall of 2022, with grand openings happening throughout the remainder of the year. Some of the builders already began preselling or building their interest lists over the summer season. Homes from KB Home will round out the neighborhood, and are anticipated to open in early 2023.
