Town Center & Marketplace
Rancho Sahuarita is a growing community, and our retail, commercial, and dining options are growing along with us.
Since the Town of Sahuarita was established, town residents and leaders have been working together to create a family-friendly community, where current and future generations can live, learn, work, play and shop.
The Rancho Sahuarita Marketplace is the primary retail center in Rancho Sahuarita, and is a part of the Sahuarita Town Center. It includes all the conveniences you expect, including grocery, banking, restaurants and shops, and medical services. The Marketplace is also designed for future expansion as Rancho Sahuarita’s population grows.
Down the street from the Marketplace, located on both sides of Sahuarita Road and I-19, is the hub of the Sahuarita Town Center. This hub is Rancho Sahuarita’s take on an old-fashioned main street; complete with municipal buildings, two elementary schools, a post office, public library, and an aquatics center.
Northwest Medical Center Sahuarita is also located in the heart of the Sahuarita Town Center, and will provide area residents close access to important services and a high standard of care. More information can be found here.
The future of the center includes more mixed-use development, with a focus on walkable urban spaces. For more information on leasing or sales, visit our Opportunities page.
