SAHUARITA, ARIZONA (October 21st, 2025): Since breaking ground in early May, the team at Rancho Sahuarita and its contractors have been hard at work on the construction of the community’s next recreation amenity, Club Del Toro. The new amenity is designed to further add to Rancho Sahuarita’s list of unique and engaging amenities already in place, and will open in the Summer of 2026.
The new amenity is located on Rancho Sahuarita Blvd., south of El Toro Rd, within the community’s newest neighborhood of Entrada Del Toro. Club Del Toro will feature a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, including a fitness room, pickleball courts, a resort-style pool and Splash Pad, a multipurpose room, an outdoor living room, a playground, green space, and more. Designed with flexibility and functionality in mind, Club Del Toro will complement what is already available at Club Rancho Sahuarita and offer residents another option for resident engagement and programming
“Club Del Toro represents an exciting next chapter for our community,” shared Suzy Mason, VP of Operations for Rancho Sahuarita, and the lead on the project. “The project is moving swiftly towards completion. The site is in great shape, with finishing touches to the pool and spa occurring daily, and pool tile to be installed in early November.”
She also shared that as buildings are now enclosed, saying “the interior finish work will proceed on schedule and more visible exterior elements such as the playground equipment and site landscaping will occur in the next few months. Final orders for athletic equipment, furnishings, and Splash Pad toys are now complete!”
