D.R. Horton has a long history of building within the Rancho Sahuarita master planned community, primarily in Rancho Sahuarita on the other side of the interstate. Estancia Del Corazon, which opened and sold quickly from 2012 to 2014, is the company’s most recent acquisition within that community. In late 2014, they purchased lots in Rancho Resort and debuted their Express Homes line, which also sold very well.
