In January of 2015, Rancho Sahuarita launched the Saguaro Club, the first multi-community membership club for active adults in Southern Arizona. Within the first year, almost 200 residents joined the club, between Rancho Sahuarita, Rancho Resort and Sonora del Webb. The club currently has around 160 members, and is going strong.
The Saguaro Club is a membership-based club for active adult residents of the three communities. Members have access to exclusive Saguaro Club events. These events and programs are in addition to those already organized by the individual community HOAs.
Thus far, club members have been able to participate in a variety of events, including Explore AZ excursions, special Movie Under the Stars events, private swim parties, Healthy Cooking demonstrations, private Happy Hours and others. New programs coming to the club in 2017 include a trip to Tombstone, “Women and Wine”, “Beer, Brats and Cowboys”, a special concert and more!
“We are so thrilled with the response by our residents to this club we received just within this first year, and are so excited to continue growing and developing the club to offer new and exciting programming options to our members,” said Michelle Moreno, Assistant Community Director for Rancho Sahuarita.
Members who wish to continue their membership are asked to come to the Rancho Sahuarita Clubhouse to renew their membership paperwork, select the guest pass package of their choice, and pay their membership fee for the year, which will remain at $18.75.
