Popular food chain to open one of its newest Southern Arizona locations within the award-winning masterplan
SAHUARITA, AZ (August 22, 2017) – A new restaurant is coming to “The Corner” at Rancho Sahuarita. Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. and Rancho Sahuarita XX L.L.C closed on a sale of a 1.13 acre pad on the new commercial site on Monday, August 21, 2017.
The new Panda Express is expected to commence construction this month, and is anticipated to feature the same menu offerings as its other chain locations. The new restaurant comes as a welcomed addition to the community, whose residents have expressed desire for more restaurant and dining options.
The pad is one of five remaining pads at The Corner, which also has a newly opened Fry’s Gas Canopy located on one of its other pads. The Rancho Sahuarita Company is developing the entire site, and is currently in talks with a number of groups about the sale and development of the four remaining pads.
Ted Herman, Vice President of Land and Commercial Assets for the Rancho Sahuarita Company, stated of the new addition: “It truly was a pleasure working with the Panda team on putting this deal together and watching it come to fruition. We anticipate Panda’s investment at The Corner at Rancho Sahuarita to be well received by our residents and the greater community.”
