One of Rancho Sahuarita’s new-home builders has been named Home Builder of the Year by the Southern Arizona Home Builders Association (SAHBA).
Richmond American Homes was recognized as the 2014 Builder of the Year at SAHBA’s annual awards ceremony on Jan. 30.
Richmond American currently offers new construction homes in Presidio Del Norte, a neighborhood in the northernmost region of Rancho Sahuarita. Their available floor plans include a range of sizes, features, and prices to suit all buyers.
Rancho Sahuarita’s other current home builder, KB Home, was a finalist for the Home Builder of the Year designation.
The Southern Arizona Home Builders Association represents approximately 350 member businesses serving the new home construction industry in Pima County.
