Nestled right next to the Rancho Sahuarita Clubhouse, Sahuarita Lake Park offers residents of the town endless opportunities for fun and entertainment. Owned and managed by the Town of Sahuarita, the 10 acre public lake and 5 acre lake park around its borders offer picturesque scenery and venues for special events. Other highlights and important items to remember include:

  • Public restrooms
  • Gazebos
  • Public seating areas
  • Outdoor exercise equipment features

Allowable Activities:

Fishing with appropriate licensure; Sahuarita Lake is regularly stocked by Arizona Game and Fish and requires an urban fishing license.

Small sailboats and non-motorized watercraft

Prohibited Activities:

Swimming and wading

Gas-powered watercraft

*Sahuarita Lake Park is open from sunrise to sunset.

Be sure to bring your clients for a quick drive past or stroll along the lake’s pathway when you are showing them the community. It’s a highlight of Sahuarita you’ll want to be sure not to miss!
