#4 NOT-TO-MISS AMENITY: North Santa Cruz Park

Whether it’s the over 17 miles of trails, the 9 pocket parks, or the 2 satellite park amenities in the community, Rancho Sahuarita has lots of parks, paths and walking space to satisfy any outdoor enthusiast’s desire. If you are working with a prospect that appreciates Mother Nature, Rancho Sahuarita has a lot to offer.
In addition to the parks owned and managed by the Rancho Sahuarita Village Program, the Town of Sahuarita also owns and manages a major park amenity in the community; North Santa Cruz Park.
This 14-acre park is located toward the northern region of the community, along the main curve of Rancho Sahuarita Blvd. In addition to a lighted Jr. League field, 2 soccer/football fields, a full shaded playground, and additional open space; the park has a basketball court, picnic facilities and even a skate park. (This is a favorite for the teens in the community.) The soccer fields get lots of attention also, and are used almost every weekend during the sports’ season by various organizations like AYSO (American Youth Soccer Organization) or the Sahuarita 49rs.
North Santa Cruz Park, (or known affectionately as simply “North Park”) also has a pathway surrounding the park and full restrooms.

One of the things that all the parks in the community have in common is the fact that they are connected by one of Rancho Sahuarita’s many trails along its extensive trail system.
