Founder of Rancho Sahuarita, Bob Sharpe, first acquired 3,000 acres of farmland in Sahuarita, Arizona with a dream of creating an Arizona community that thousands of families would be proud to call home.

Since then, Rancho Sahuarita has transformed into an award-winning, highly amenitized, master-planned community with homes from builders like Lennar, Richmond American Homes, Meritage Homes and KB Home. This, paired with an unmatched lifestyle full of amenities and opportunities for exploration, has helped to create all that Rancho Sahuarita is today.

For 20 years, Rancho Sahuarita has become a place that residents create a better life for their families through that vibrant lifestyle.

We invite you to share your Rancho Sahuarita stories with us!
