A Legacy Built Together

For 25 years, Rancho Sahuarita has grown right alongside the people who call it home. Children once running across the playground became students in our schools, then teenagers on the fields, and graduates walking the stage as their families cheered with pride.

Families who began their story here discovered new homes, new traditions, and new ways to belong. Neighbors who once waved from across the street now share coffee, laughter, and games of pickleball with friends who feel like family.

Building the Future

Over the last 25 years, over 7,000 homes and 25,000 residents have made lasting memories in the community. As we look ahead, we’re excited about new neighborhoods like Entrada Del Toro, expanded amenities including Club Del Toro, and continued growth in the Sahuarita Town Center with more retail, dining, and mixed-use development focused on walkable urban spaces.
